Our nozzles are mounted with a "KIT system", that means that if a nozzle is damaged you only have to replace the part of the nozzle that is damaged, this way the repair is very fast and not very expensive. We have a very extensive range of nozzles and gates that are able to be used with many kind of raw materials in many volumes. You can see now in the picture the different parts of our nozzles.

Systems:
-Hot Runner: Nozzles for use only with Hot Runners Systems (manifolds).
-(U) Single Not Heated: Single nozzle with the nozzle head not heated, for use without Hot Runners System (manifolds).
-(UH) Single Heated: Nozzle system for using without Hot Runners System (manifolds), with the nozzle head heated.
-(VG) Sequence molding: Nozzle system for sequence molding (Valve Gate).


Available Nozzles ranges:
All our nozzles are available for been used with hot runner manifolds, but also some of them can be used as unitary nozzles (U), as unitary nozzles with nozzle heated head (UH), as nozzles for valve gate systems with manifold (VG) valve gate can be used with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and also as unitary valve gate nozzles (UVG).
