Hernna Systems is the Spanish manufacturer of hot runner systems that more confidence has generated between the most demanding customers, such as manufacturers of parts for the automotive industry.

Hot Runner Systems:
Our Hot Runner Systems can be served completely wired, so the customer only has to install it in the mold.

All our manifold heaters are protected with copper. And all the nozzle heaters are cast in brass for making them to have a longer life. <<More>>

Our Nozzles trademarks:

Three ranges of nozzles with a total of 18 nozzles in different lengths, with 7 different tips for having different marks over the part. Our nozzles are used for very technical parts for automotive industry, for big parts, and for high cavity molds. Also we have big experience in the manufacture of valve gate systems in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

The Thermo-Technology nozzles are designed for more simple parts with very simple raw materials, this way you can have a low cost system for low cost molds. <<More>>

We have modular Hot Runner Controllers of high precision and very easy to use, also we have type "J" thermocouples for the nozzles and for the manifolds.
We have controllers for 1, 4, 8 and 12 zones. But you can have a 4 zones controller with only 3 controller cards, this has a lower cost, and in the future you can update your controller to a 4 zones controller, this can also be done with other controllers, like the one in 8 zones, and the one in 12 zones.
