We have big experience in double raw material systems, double color systems, and also in valve gate systems.
We have one elaborated range of pistons with this aim. All of them are designed for flow diameters of 10 and of 13 mm. We also have models for been installed over the manifold. Our pistons are thought to diminish the work of the moldmaker, all of them can be used as pneumatic system or as hydraulic system.

The most common systems are: 1 drop, 2 drops, 2 drops in T, 3 drops, 4 drops in X or in H, 6 drops, 8 drops, 12 drops...
All our manifolds are made custom, this way we can fit better the customer requirements.

Also we have a big experience in the manufacture of high cavity systems, 12, 24 drops... For this systems we have designed the PROTEC SYSTEMS nozzles range.
